Your store credit will be restored to your Afinil customer account. You can use your store credit to pay for any future purchase and combine it with promotional offers to save money.
How to Use Store Credit
When we apply Store Credit to your account, you will automatically see it subtracted from your next purchase. You don’t need to take any action to use your Store Credit for orders on our site! To view your Store Credits, login to your Afinil account and select the “My Wallet” tab to see credits waiting to be used on your next shopping trip.

When checking out to use store credit, make sure you are first logged into your account using your email address or a social media account like Facebook, Sign In with Apple, or Twitter.

To see your store credit balance with Afinil, go to the My Account page and select the My Wallet tab.

When we receive your refund request, and if we cannot process a cash refund, we will issue a full store credit, including shipping fees to your account. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the credit to your store account. When you’re ready to place another order with us, your store credit will be ready to use. In the case your order total is more than your store credit, you will be charged the difference after your credits have been applied. If your order is less than your store credit, your remaining credit balance will be available in your Afinil account. You must be logged into your account during checkout to pay with your store credit.

You can view your store credit balance in your Wallet. To view your Wallet balance:
- Login to your account.
- Click the Wallet tab under your account details.
- Click the Wallet link to see your available store credit balance.
To use your store credit balance available in your Wallet, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your account.
- Add the products you will like order to Cart and proceed to Checkout.
- You will automatically see a Wallet payment method along with your available store credit balance.
- Choose the Wallet payment option to activate your store credits.
- Complete the checkout process to submit your order.
Of course, you can choose not to use it for your order. You can choose any desired payment method during the checkout process, including your Wallet, which holds your store credits.
