I had one successful order with Afinil. But the second order was a real problem. After waiting many weeks, I contacted customer service to ask when the order would arrive. I was told that they had no payment from me. After further inquiries, I was told that my credit card company had probably refused payment because it was a foreign transaction. The person I was talking with explained how to deal with the credit card company, but didn't seem concerned that Afinil had never, over many weeks, notified me of this problem. Their lack of concern over their failure to notify me during this long wait convinced me not to order from them again. I also asked for more detailed information about the order so that I could verify that the credit card company had refused it, but they ignored this request. I do think that this is what happened, but I wish that they had provided the information.
This was extremely poor experience with Afinil, i was charged twice in my bank account for an order that never arrived. Makes no sense. I am dissatisfied with Afinil.
