How to Take It Correctly?

ArmodaXL is effective but only if it is taken correctly. The recommended initial dose for the drug is 150 mg. However, a doctor may increase or reduce it based on tolerability and sensitivity. For SWSD, take 1 pill about 1 hour before starting a work shift. Swallow it whole with a full glass of water to wash it down the throat. Do not dissolve the tablet in water or crush and snort it, as doing so can reduce its efficacy. It is advisable to consult a doctor before taking ArmodaXL or any other drug.

It is not a perfect replacement for a good sleep routine. Try to get adequate sleep every night or every time you sleep.
